In wake of dashcam footage surfacing of Philando Castile’s shooting death and officer Jeronimo Yanez’s acquittal, previous dashcam footage has resurfaced from a totally separate incident… where the cop was the victim.

In this video, that is re-circulating the internet, we see a Florida police officer pull over an African American, later identified had Andrew Coffee… who apparently has a long rap sheet.

He had no tags on his moped, so he was stopped, and after being told to place his hands on the hood of the police cruiser, he complied… but immediately turned and began to argue with the officer, before sucker-punching him.

Coffee didn’t stop there. He pulled a pistol from his waistband and is seeing firing at the officer, who suffered a gunshot wound to the leg before he returned fire and struck Coffee twice.

Both men survived…

A year prior, Coffee was released from prison after serving a 21 year prison sentence for first degree murder. His rap sheet includes aggravated assault, possession of cocaine, battery, sale of cocaine, and first degree murder with a firearm.
