Following recent previews, Adidas has revealed the second iteration of its Crazy Explosive 17 basketball shoe.
The new model introduces the brand’s Forged Primeknit — a single-piece upper designed to create structured support and reinforced stability in key target zones. Paired with ankle and tongue cushioning, a sock-like collar allows for natural movement and enhances on-court support.
Of course, Adidas adds full-length BOOST and wrapped with a lateral TPU roll cage, harnessing its added energy return for heightened control when leaping to the basketball.
Adidas athletes, such as Andrew Wiggins, Kristaps Porzingis, Eric Gordon and Justise Winslow, are expected to sport the Crazy Explosive 17 this summer.
Crazy Explosive 17 releases in Solar Yellow and Crystal White Primeknit colorways on July 27 for $150 USD, with additional drops throughout the year.
