A massive fire has engulfed a 24-story high rise building in West London earlier Wednesday morning (June 14).

More than 200 firefighters and 45 fire engines were deployed to battle the fire at Grenfell Tower on the Lancaster West Estate. The fire could be seen burning from miles away, and many people are still unaccounted for.

Amazing Spaces presenter George Clarke told Radio 5 Live that he was covered in ash, despite being more than 100 meters (yards) from the scene.

Details about what started the fire are currently unknown.
