25 years ago, Tupac made his big screen debut in the classic movie Juice, playing the troubled Harlem teen Bishop.

With the milestone here, a 25th anniversary edition has been released, featuring special features such an alternate ending, which debuted on RollingStone.com.

The original ended with Bishop fighting with Omar Epps’ character Q, who eventually knocks Bishop over the edge of the rooftop, but grabs his hand to keep him from falling. Ultimately, he loses his grip and Pac’s character plunges to his death.

In the alternate ending, Bishop hears sirens on their way. Instead of trying to hang on, he choose to let go of Q’s hang rather than risk going to prison for life.
