Three months after being jailed on a probation violation, Kodak Black is a free man.
According to TMZ, the Florida rapper was released from Broward County Jail on Monday morning (June 5) after serving 97 days of a 364-day sentence for violating his house arrest.
Though he’s now a free man, Kodak is still restricted to house arrest for another year and will need permission from his probation officer (and court) if he wants to leave his home for work… even if its in Florida.
Kodak was jailed in late February, after a judge found that he violated terms from his house arrest by leaving his home without permission at least two times.
While behind bars, Kodak reportedly took a number of life skills courses, including domestic violence, parenting and financial management.
