Back in the 1960s, the late Elvis Presley purchased and designed himself a rather epic private jet, which recently hit the auction block.
The 1962 Lockheed Jetstar has sat abandoned in New Mexico for the past 35 years… and we good a look inside, thanks to Liveauctioneers.
Inside, it features red velvet seats and matching carpet, which we would assume is his favorite color, alongside some dated woodwork throughout.
Initial reports estimated that the jet would fetch anywhere from $2 million to $3.5 million. However, at an auction last month, it sold for $430,000.
It was previously shared by Elvis and his father Vernon Presley.
