NBA 2K17 Simulates the 2017 NBA Finals

With the 2017 NBA Finals tipping off on Thursday night (June 1), we will see the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers complete for the title for the third straight time.

Will the Cavs repeat... and pull off another historic upset? Or, will the Warriors being the gold back to the Bay Area as champs?

We will have to watch it play out, as the games air on ABC throughout the month. But, 2K has ran a simulation with NBA 2K17 to predict the winners. In the end, its the Warriors in seven.

Below are some of the highlights, but you can see the full results here.

Kevin Durant Shines
After a tough 112-95 loss to the Cavs in Game 1, the Warriors bounced back in Game 2 thanks to Kevin Durant who contributed a whopping 45 points in the blowout. KD continues to dominate on the court in the series, scoring a game-high 41 points in Game 7 to lead his team to a second NBA title.

Another Kyrie Buzzer Beater
Game 3 went to the Cavaliers by just 4 points, thanks to a clutch three pointer in the final moments of the game to tie the Warriors 89-89. A foul on Tristan Thompson would then seal the victory for Cleveland in Game 3.

A Win of Epic Proportions
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in an epic seven-game series to capture their second NBA title in three years, and redeem themselves after last year’s incredible upset.
