Flashing Red Lights Inside White House Windows

Over the weekend, TV cameras pointing at the White House caught flashing red lights illuminating two windows on the second floor… sparking questions on social media.

The mystery has since been solved.

According to reports, what appeared to be coming from inside, was actually coming from outside.

A spokesperson for the Secret Service told the New York Post on Monday (May 29) that the lights were from an emergency vehicle responding to an incident across the street in Lafayette Park… meaning the red lights were just a reflection from the emergency vehicle’s lights.

A fire truck and ambulance responded to call at around 8:09 p.m., and the vehicles stayed on the scene for about 40 minutes… the same time the flashing lights were seen.
