Las Vegas has a pretty epic Ferris wheel called the High Roller, which it opened in 2014 and declared the world’s tallest.
This month, China officially opened their own Ferris wheel attraction, the Bailang Bridge Ferris Wheel, which is touted as the world’s tallest spokeless design.
Located in Weifang, China, the Ferris wheel stands roughly 476 feet tall — more than 30 feet taller than the London Eye, though it’s 74 feet smaller than Vegas’ High Roller. It has 36 carts that can fit up to 10 passengers each, and features a built-in TV set and wireless Internet, while offering views of East China’s Shandong Province.
One full rotation is said to take around 30 minutes to complete.
