This isn’t the first time Travis Scott has hyped up a crowd. Back in Aug. 2015, the rapper was arrested at Lollapalozza after being kicked off the stage for telling fans to “jump the barricade.” He ultimately pleaded guilty and got one year of probation.
More recently, he made headlines when he reportedly encouraged fans to jump from a balcony during a show in NYC.
