Jay Z’s Roc Nation recently dropped a collection of caps and apparel with Major League Baseball… and now, he’s being sued over it.
According to TMZ, Iconix Brand Group purchased the rights to the familiar paper plane logo Roc Nation uses for $204 million, meaning it controls anywhere its used.
The company is now suing for $10 million and other damages, after the Roc Nation logo appeared in the recent New Era collection.
Jay Z and Roc Nation have no commented.
In addition to the Roc Nation logo, Iconix also owns the marks of Ed Hardy, Joe Boxer and Marc Ecko.
