After losing a $7.1 million lawsuit in a sexual assault case last November, Game is suing VH1’s parent company Viacom, saying they are responsible.

According to TMZ, the rapper is suing Viacom for $20 million, alleging that they are at fault for casting Priscilla Rainey for his reality show, She’s Got Game.

She sued Game back in 2015, claiming she was sexually assaulted by the rapper while shooting the reality show earlier in the year. Rainey ultimately won the suit and was awarded a $7.1 million judgement.

Game wants Viacom to be held accountable, saying they shouldn’t have allowed her on the show, based on a doctor’s evaluation and a rap sheet that includes multiple felony arrests for aggravated battery.

He wants them to fork over the $7.1 million he owes Rainey… and then some.

Game has denied the sexual assault allegations.
