Aaron Hernandez Wrote “John 3:16” On His Forehead Before Suicide

Aaron Hernandez

By now you’ve heard. Former NFL player Aaron Hernandez was found dead inside his prison cell, after hanging himself. Now, further details have emerged.

While initial reports said no suicide note was found, word is, he had the Bible verse “John 3:16” written on his forehead with a red marker.

If you haven’t remembered the verse in your head, it reads as follows:

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Other reports say Hernandez had smoked synthetic pot before hanging himself with a bed sheet, and that blood was smeared on the walls of his cell.

Hernandez was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, after being convicted of the 2013 shooting death of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of his fiancée Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez.
