Kodak Black is reportedly facing new charges in Miami, for the alleged assault inside a strip club.
According to The Sun Sentinel, the 19-year-old rapper is accused of assaulting a woman at a Miami-Dade strip club back in February.
34-year-old Club Climaxx bartender Jennifer Cunningham said she was working at about 3 a.m. on Feb. 2, when the rapper “approached her and started acting belligerent.” When she told him to back off, he allegedly “hit her in the forehead with his right arm”. And, when she pushed him away, “he began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after.”
A police incident report was taken the day of the alleged incident, but no formal charges were ever filed.
However, the Florida Department of Corrections has added the assault allegations to its list of claims that Kodak has violated the terms of his probation.
Kodak Black is currently sitting behind bars for previous violations of his house arrest.
He is scheduled to appear in court for a final violation hearing on April 19, when a judge will decide if he will be released from jail or serve additional time. He’s also facing sexual assault charges in South Carolina, where he allegedly attacked a female fan.
Kodak Black dropped his debut album, Painting Pictures, last week. If you haven’t heard it, you can stream it here.
