Chefs Club has opened up a new location in NYC’s Soho district, offering a “fine-fast” concept where customers can enjoy items from chefs around the world.
Located at the corner of Spring and Lafayette, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features items on rotation from various famed chefs.
The NYC location is opening with West Coast chef Alvin Cailan’s popular Eggslut sandwiches for breakfast, which have built a cult following in L.A. — where customers are known to in line for hours. One of Eggslut’s most notable offerings is the Fairfax — a mashup of scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo.
The Chefs Club menu also boasts duck rice by George Mendes and a hamburger by Jean-Georges Vongerichten for lunch and dinner.
