Fetty Wap Involved in NJ Shooting After Chain is Snatched

Fetty Wap was robbed early Sunday (March 26) in his hometown of Paterson, NJ, starting a shootout that sent three people to the hospital.

According to the NorthJersey.com, the rapper (born Willie Maxwell II) was involved in some sort of dispute outside an all-night deli in South Paterson.

Details are sketchy, but TMZ reports that someone tried to snatch Fetty's chain, resulting in gunfire.

Three men were wounded during the shooting, one with a gunshot wound in the leg and another in the torso. A third later checked himself into a area hospital.

Paterson Police say Fetty Wap and his entourage are not suspects in the shooting, but an investigation is underway.
