UCLA star Lonzo Ball has announced that he will enter the NBA Draft this summer, after just one season at the university.
The freshman guard told reports after UCLA’s Friday night loss to Kentucky in the NCAA tournament’s Sweet 16 that he’s played his final college game.
“That was my final game for UCLA, and I appreciate all the fans and all the support,” Ball said.
The 6-foot-5 point guard averaged 14.7 points and 7.6 assists per game this season. And, is expected to be a top three pick in the draft in June.
The Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns all hold the league’s worst records this season, putting them into position to land one of the top picks in the draft… each of which could choose Ball.
