Drake’s “More Life” Playlist is Finally Here!

Drake - More Life

Drake finally delivered his long-awaited More Life project on Saturday (March 18), during the latest installment of OVOsound Radio.

The 22-track project, which he first announced in October and has referred to as “a playlist”, is a collection of songs curated by October Firm (aka Drake and his manager Oliver El-Khatib).

It features guest appearances from Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Quavo, Young Thug, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Giggs and Skepta, among others. Jennifer Lopez doesn’t appear, as expected, but Drizzy samples her On the 6 single “If You Had My Love” on “Teenage Fever.”

Drake said More Life was designed to feel like an episode of OVOSOUND Radio. “The style in which it’s being put together is based off of our concept that is OVOSOUND Radio,” he explained. “I love the way it’s put together. It’s really put together as a seamless listen. Basically, what I asked myself was, ‘What would happen if I just did an OVOSOUND Radio but every song was a new Drake song?’ That was kind of my idea for it.’ ”

More Life is available now at digital retailers, including Apple Music.
