Kodak Black is free!

Following reports of him being transferred from Florida to South Carolina to face a sexual battery charge, the rapper was released this week after three months in jail, reports TMZ.

While Kodak Black is now free, he's not out of the woods yet. He is free on $100,000 bond, pending trial, but says he will clear his name. "I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future," he tells TMZ.

Kodak Black is facing a sexual battery charge, stemming from an incident earlier this year at a Florence, SC hotel.

If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.

Earlier this year, Kodak Black was named one of the 2016 XXL Freshman Class.
