Iggy Azalea has been open about her plastic surgery, and continued that trend recently, when she thanked her surgeon on Instagram.
She took to IG over the weekend, with a picture of herself and Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, wishing him a happy birthday while praising him for his work on her.
“It might seem obvious I’d hold the man I owe my fabulous nose and breasts to in high regard,” Iggy wrote.

Ghavami has confirmed that Iggy has gotten both a boob and nose job.
He lists rhinoplasty, breast augmentations and buttock and facial injectables among his services. His clientele also includes Amber Rose, Blac Chyna and Instagram/fitness model Tianna Gregory.
