Mac Miller released a song praising Donald Trump back in 2011, off his Best Day Ever mixtape. Two years later, Trump threatened him with a lawsuit … and the two sparred through social media and the media.

Now, with Trump becoming the President Elect, the rapper’s song, simply titled “Donald Trump”, has shot up the iTunes chart, reentering the Top 40 this week, though it has since fallen down the rankings.

On the song, Mac Miller praised Trump, rapping: “Take over the world when I’m on my Donald Trump sh*t / Look at all this money, ain’t that some sh*t.”

Apparently, Trump supporters have been playing the song as an anthem to celebrate his win.
