Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry exploded on Monday night (Nov. 7), setting an NBA record with 13 three-pointers, en route to a 116-106 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

The previous single-game record was 12 treys, which was shared by Curry, Kobe Bryant and Donyell Marshall.

Curry finished the contest with 46 points and went 13-of-17 from beyond the arc in 36 minutes.

Interestingly, his red hot shooting came a game after Curry went 0-for-10 from three-point range in the Warriors’ loss to the Los Angeles Lakers last week — it snapped a streak of 157 games with at least one made 3-pointer.
