After an open workout to show off his talents, Tim Tebow has reportedly drawn definitely interest from the Atlanta Braves.
According to ESPN, the team is looking to sign the former NFL quarterback… to a minor league deal.
Apparently, the Braves were one of five teams that met with Tebow after his workout in Los Angeles this week, though it’s unclear if any other teams have shown interest.
Tebow announced last month that he has shifted his focus to chasing a professional baseball career — a sport he last played as a high school junior in 2005. He also revealed that he’s officially closed the door on his NFL dreams.
During his workout, Tebow showed off a powerful bat, but had a few areas that needed improvement, garnering mixed reviews.
