Young Money artist Lil Twist was arrested Thursday (Sept. 1), after failing to show in court for an assault case.

According to TMZ, the rapper (real name: Christopher Lynn Moore) was scheduled to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday for a hearing, and while his lawyer showed, he didn't.

The judge immediately issued a bench warrant, and Twist later showed up, and was taken into custody and booked for failure to appear.

Twist is facing multiple felonies for the alleged assault of Nickelodeon star Chris Massey at his brother Kyle Massey's apartment, back in Fall 2014.

He and others are accused of beating up Kyle and Chris, and stealing a Rolex watch.
