Ahead of IFA 2016 in Berlin this week, Acer announced a number of upcoming products, including the world’s first curved screen notebook, the Predator 21 X.
Taking the flagship spot in the brand’s gaming notebook line-up, it features a curved 21-inch IPS display, a world’s first, as well as Acer’s eye-tracking technology, which offers a new facet of gaming. By tracking a gamer’s eye, the notebook introduces interactions like aiming, identifying enemies and taking cover simply by gazing at objects on the screen.
Under the hood, the Predator 21 X is powered by 7th generation Intel Core processors and dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphic cards in SLI.
It also ships with a SoundPound 4.2+ system, boasting four speakers and two subwoofers, 3-way audio and Dolby Audio for pristine sound.
Pricing and a release date for the Acer Predator 21 X is currently unknown.
