After getting a glimpse last week, here’s a first full-look at the creepy, murderous clown Pennywise, from the upcoming remake of Stephen King’s IT.
Last time, we got a glimpse of the character’s face. This time, Entertainment Weekly offers a full head-to-toe view of the clown that nightmares are made of, whowill be portrayed by Swedish actor Bill Skarsgård.
For the remake, Pennywise ditches the colorful clown garb for a more “Medieval, Renaissance, Elizabethan, and Victorian” look, which was created by Emmy-winning costume designer Janie Bryant (Deadwood, Mad Men).
It is set to open in theaters on September 8, 2017.
