Back in 1989, Michael Jordan began one-on-on workouts with his trainer, which called the “Breakfast Club”, as he adjusted to the changing physicality of the game.

This serves as the inspiration for Jordan Brand’s new training collection and interactive training regime, curated by the brand’s family of athletes and Master Trainer.

“Michael is the blueprint for greatness,” said Jordan Brand president Larry Miller. “We are excited to be able to share some of these insights and training tips with kids who are striving to reach their own greatness.”

The Jordan Breakfast Club Training experience is built around a 30-day program designed by Jordan Master Trainer Alex Molden. Its aimed at helping kids improve their speed, strength and reaction skills for the season ahead.

Athletes can pre-register for the Jordan Breakfast Club at and will begin receiving workouts on Sept. 6. Live experiences will be offered in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Toronto as well.

As, to celebrate the rebirth of the infamous training regiment, a line of apparel inspired by the Breakfast Club is being released. It includes the Air Jordan Trainer 1, Jordan Flex Hyperweave shorts, and the Jordan 23 Tech Top.

The Jordan “Breakfast Club” training collection is now available at Nike’s online store and select retailers worldwide.
