Roger Goodell continues to rake in big bucks as the NFL Commissioner.
In the fiscal year for 2015, he made nearly $32 million, reports Sports Business Daily (via ESPN), citing the NFL’s 2015 tax filing.
Goodell’s pay is slightly down from fiscal year 2014, when he made $34.1 million, which included base salary and bonuses, as well as pension and other deferred payments.
In the 10 years in which his commissioner salary has been disclosed, Goodell has made an average of $21.5 million a year and a total of $212.5 million.
ESPN reports that the NFL has relinquished its tax-exempt status, so the 2015 filing will be the last it publicly discloses. The NFL announced last year that the nonprofit status had become a distraction, which required it to make Goodell’s compensation public.
