After signing with the UFC in Fall 2014, former WWE superstar CM Punk will finally make his UFC debut in September.

He will fight in a welterweight bout against Mickey Gall on Sept. 10 at at UFC 203, which will be held in Cleveland.

Headlining the event is heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic, who defends his title for the first time against Alistair Overeem. In the co-main event, Fabricio Werdum will take on Ben Rothwell.

The 37-year-old Punk signed with the UFC in December 2014, but had his debut postponed because of a shoulder injury. Since then, he has been training at Roufusport Academy in Milwaukee.

His opponent, Gall (2-0), is a 24-year-old welterweight prospect fighting out of New Brunswick, NJ, who made his UFC debut on Feb. 6 and earned a first-round submission win.
