Lil Wayne has called off settlement talks with Cash Money Records.

Over the weekend, a video popped up of Wayne performing in Denver and yelling "F*ck Cash Money" on stage... leading everyone to wonder if the brief reunion between him and Birdman is over.

TMZ is now reporting that peace talks have ended. Apparently, discussions of a settlement in the rapper's $51 million lawsuit against the label "broke off within the last month."

Talks were centered around the release of Wayne's long-delayed Tha Carter V album, and though he thought Birdman was on board, the delays continued, so he pulled out of settlement talks.

Three weeks ago, just after talks ended, Wayne took a photo with Rick Ross and Trick Daddy, who have criticized Birdman for the way he's treated Wayne.

Despite issues, Birdman has maintained that he and Lil Wayne are are good terms, and promised that it would work itself out.
