It’s official. Drake’s anticipated fourth album, Views From the 6, has a release date.
During the latest episode of OVOSound Radio on Apple Music Saturday (April 6), the rapper revealed an April 29th date.
“Views is dropping April 29,” Drake said. “It’s something that I’ve been working really hard on, myself and 40… Trying to craft a lifestyle track, a sound for our city,” he added. “It’s not a short thing. There’s a lot of music on there. You’ll have your full share of Drake music for the summer and for the year — forever.”
The news comes on the heels of Drake dropping two new singles last week — including “One Dance” featuring Wizkid and Kyla, and “Pop Style” featuring Jay Z and Kanye West.
During the show, Drake also debuted a new verse for the Ye and Hov-assisted cut.
The cover art and tracklist has yet to be revealed.
