Puff Daddy & The Family are reuniting for a “one night only” concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Friday, May 20.
Coming together for what would be the Notorious B.I.G.’s 44th birthday, the epic concert will include Diddy, Faith Evans, Lil Kim, Ma$e, French Montana, Total, 112 and Mario Winans.
Jay Z and Mary J. Blige will also grace the stage as special guests.
“This isn’t just another concert — this is hip-hop history,” Diddy says of the evening. “The Bad Boy Family includes some of the biggest names in music and songs that helped define a whole generation of music. Also, we are celebrating one of the greatest of all time — Notorious B.I.G. This will be a night to remember. I can’t wait to see you all there.”
The announcement comes after Faith Evans, Biggie’s former wife, confirmed rumors of Biggie hologram plans. “We actually are in development with a hologram [company],” she recently revealed. “I don’t necessarily know to what extent I’m going to perform with it, but I definitely want to debut it probably in the first video for the album and maybe use it a little bit performance-wise, but that depends on a lot of things.”
It’s unclear if we will see a Biggie hologram at the Bad Boy Reunion show.
