Acer has officially expanded its Predator product line with the release of its award-winning Predator Z850 gaming projector, which it unveiled at CES back in January.
The new projector is touted as the world’s first ultra-wide HD laser projector, designed specifically for gaming. It displays a 50 percent wider image, compared to traditional 16:9 screen resolutions, which augments a gamer’s peripheral vision to present a competitive edge over enemies in all types of games.
It all, it projects a 120-inch screen at a remarkably short distance of just 18.5 inches, which means no more shadow interference at crucial moments during gameplay.
Additionally, the Predator Z850 can be paired with an optional Wireless HD-Kit to enable 1080p lossless wireless streaming, helping keep your living room clutter-free from wires.
The Acer Predator Z850 projector is available now online and at select retailers for $4,999 USD.
