Kanye West took over Soho in NYC over the weekend for a pop-up shop, selling merch for his The Life of Pablo album.
On Tuesday (March 22), he took to Twitter with one of his usual rants about changing the way society views creativity, and even boasted about the success of the “Pablo” pop-up shop.
According to Ye, he sold more than $1 million in merch over two days.
“There is no other brand that could sell 1 million dollars of clothing in 2 days from 1 location!!!” Kanye wrote.
The store carried a wide range of Pablo-themed apparel including denim jackets, hoodies, T-shirts, hats and more, ranging from $35 USD for a beanie to $400 USD for jackets.
While $1 million in sales is amazing, it’s unclear if Kanye is exaggerating or not. Did you cop any merch? Let us know.
