Iggy Azalea

Following the release of her new single “Team”, Iggy Azalea appeared on Power 106’s The Cruz Show on Friday (March 18)… where she opened up about her darkest moments.

Apparently, the Aussie rapper reveals that the consistent criticism she’s endured since breaking into the mainstream led to suicidal thoughts.

“There were times when I just wanted to quit life,” Iggy explained. “The whole thing, really, like my whole life.

“Sometimes, I would drive through the canyons to get to my horses,” she continued. “And I’d be like, ‘What if I just kept driving off the canyon?’ Sometimes I would feel like that.”

Iggy goes on to say that legal drama, “personal stuff,” and feeling like her career was “in shambles” contributed to her depression… but it was her fiancé (Lakers guard Nick Young), friends, and her horses that helped cheer her up.
