Migos member Offset was arrested on Thursday (March 17) in Atlanta for driving on a suspended license.
According to TMZ, he was pulled over for a traffic violation, when police found he had a suspended license after running his name through the system.
His lawyer, Drew Findling, says that Offset believed he was okay to drive after his release from jail in December.
Last year, he spent eight months behind bars before being released and given five years probation, in a plea deal for drugs and weapons charges.
Offset will remain in jail until at least Friday when he’s eligible for bail.
