If you’re looking for a place in Las Vegas, you can buy Mike Tyson’s former mansion, because it recently hit the market for $1.5 million.
The retired boxer has lived in the estate since 2008, but decided to move out. It boasts 5,800 sq. ft. of living space, five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as three fireplaces, a pool, win cellar, media room, and a 25-foot interior waterfall.
“The lucky buyer will not only be able to say that he purchased the home of heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, but he will also be able to call him his neighbor,” Ken Lowman, the broker for the property, tells CNBC.
If you’re in the market, you can see the listing on Luxury Homes Las Vegas.
