Inside Jim Buss’ $8.8 Million Los Angeles Penthouse

Lakers co-owner Jim Buss has put his penthouse in downtown Los Angeles for $8.8 million, reports the L.A. Times.

Located within the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live, the unit boasts 4,3000 sq. ft. of open space, featuring wide-plank wood floors, Swarovski chandeliers and a remodeled kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry and a center island. It also features floor-to-ceiling walls of windows that showcase views of the downtown skyline, Hollywood Hills and coastline.

There's a formal entry, living and dining rooms and an office/study, as well as three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath.

Other amenities are a pair of parking spaces, a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center and valet and concierge services.

Buss purchased the penthouse three years ago for $4.05 million.
