Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has had a rough year… which culminates with him being diagnosed with a concussion.
The isn’t sure when the two-year QB was injured, but coach Mike Pettine tells ESPN that Manziel took a “pretty good shot” in Sunday’s loss to Kansas City.
“We’ll take a very conservative approach with it,” Pettine said before the team announced Manziel’s diagnosis.
If Manziel is out, Austin Davis is next in line to start for the Browns during the team’s finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
However, Pettine said Manziel will definitely start if cleared.
