15 years after its start, Los Angeles boutique chain Kitson is closing the doors on all of its retail stores.
According to WWD, the chain announced recently that it will close 17 brick-and-mortar locations in California, Oregon and Nevada, along with its e-commerce store.
Kitson hasn’t divulged a specific reason for the closing, as of yet. However, the company’s Chief Restructuring Officer James Wong says the chain is currently in talks for a potential sale.
Founded in 2000, Kitson quickly made a name for itself and would eventually become a popular shopping destination for Hollywood celebrities.
