We were lucky enough to get our hands on a pair; continue reading for our in-depth review.
Performance
Nike’s Metcon 1 features a minimal heel-toe drop ideal for both weight-room lifts and explosive sprints. The versatile trainer also incorporates Nike’s lightweight Flywire cable technology, providing for a generous amount of structural support. A perforated upper and roomy toe box ensures optimal breathability during worksouts, while outer midsole features a unique textured grip, allowing for increased traction when climbing ropes. Small details like this help cement Nike Training as a force to reckon with in cross-training performance gear.
