BMW will introduce the new BMW M6 Coupe “Competition Edition” at the Frankfurt Auto Show this week.
The exclusive “Competition Edition” stands for exceptional individuality, thanks to its special paintwork colors, components made of high-tech carbon fiber, fine leathers with coordinated contrast stitching and a range of unusual details.
Available exclusively for BMW M6 Coupe, it boasts a 4.4-liter V8 petrol engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology, giving it 600 hp and 516 lb-ft, as well as a top speed of nearly 190 mph.
The model comes with a choice of two exterior paintwork colors: Alpine White and luminous Austin Yellow metallic. In Alpine White, it features striking decorative bodywork stripes in the trademark BMW M colors. Both get options of matt-black 20-inch M light-alloy wheels in double-spoke 343 M styling with mixed tyres. Additionally, we see the BMW kidney grille, door handles and side gills in black chrome and the carbon-fibre exterior mirror caps. The carbon-fiber M rear spoiler, in conjunction with a rear diffusor, finishes the look.
Inside, it sports fine-grain Merino full leather, alongside “M6 Competition” lettering in metal on the door sills and in the side gill elements, along with the lettering on the cupholder lids.
The “Competition Edition” option is now available to M6 Coupes for an addition $19,955 USD.
