Receiver A.J. Green will stay in Cincinnati a bit longer, after signing four-year contract extension that runs through 2019, reports ESPN.
The Bengals announced the deal Friday (Sept. 11), which is worth $60 million.
Green has record more than 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first four seasons. He is currently 98 catches shy of having the most receptions through the first five years of a career in league history.
His deal with the Bengals indicates that Green, along with quarterback Andy Dalton, continue to be viewed as the foundational pieces of the Bengals’ offense.
