Nike's Free 3.0 Flyknit marks another innovative leap for the sportswear brand with a running shoe that promises the most natural running experience to date. In continuing coverage of our last Free Stride Rooftop Run, we decided to offer a closer look at the innovative Nike Free 3.0 Flyknits we wore.

Nike's Free 3.0 Flyknit features innovative hexagonal flex grooves, a first for the industry, offering six points of flexibility to let your foot move naturally with every step. Nike designers, engineers and programmers were tasked with improving two hundred thousand years of evolution with state of the art footwear innovation. Let's just say, mission accomplished.

The lightweight Flynight upper ensures a perfect fit by way of a sockliner cuff around the ankle. In addition, the shoe features the lowest-profile midsole of any Nike Free shoe (4mm offset) enabling runners the thrill of running barefoot, without sacrificing support.
