Producer Danger Mouse announced this week the launch of his own imprint, 30th Century Records, via a partnership with Columbia Records.
Beginning this fall, the producer/songwriter will oversee a label comprised of artists he’ll be personally signing.
He’ll also introduce his first signing, Autolux, who are currently hard at work on the full-length follow-up to 2010’s critically-celebrated Transit Transit.
Danger Mouse has worked on a number of prominent projects, including Gorillaz’s Demon Days, Beck’s Modern Guilt, Norah Jones’ …Little Broken Hearts, and The Black Keys’ hit single “Tighten Up” and their El Camino. And obviously, as the duo Gnarls Barkley with Cee-Lo Green.
