Drake Responds To Meek Mill On New Track “Charged Up”

Drake officially responds to Meek Mill’s ghostwriting accusations, in a new song called “Charged Up.”

The rapper debuted the song on his OVO Sound Radio show on Beats 1 on Saturday (July 25).

He starts off, rapping: “I’m honored that you think this is staged, I’m flattered, man / In fact, I’m amazed … You boys are getting into your feelings on me / You should embrace it, this could be one of our realest moments.”

Other notable moments include:

Drizzy says no more features: “Done doing favors for people / ‘Cause it ain’t like I need the money I make off a feature.”

Takes a shot at Meek’s sales: “I see you n*ggas having trouble going gold / Turning into some so-and-sos that no one knows.”

On Meek Mill’s girlfriend, Nicki Minaj: “No woman ever had me starstruck or was able to tell me to get my bars up.”
