Rick Ross is behind bars, after being arrested in Georgia Wednesday (June 24) on multiple charges, including kidnapping.
According to TMZ, the incident took place two weeks ago at his estate in Fayette County, Georgia, between the rapper and a groundskeeper doing work on the property.
There was some sort of disagreement, and Ross allegedly pistol-whipped the man with a Glock 9MM pistol, causing injury to his jaw, neck, and teeth.
Ross was ultimately arrested this week by U.S. Marshals, along with his bodyguard, and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.
The assault charge is for pistol-whipping, and the kidnapping charge came, because the man was allegedly not allowed to leave the house.
The arrest comes two weeks after he was arrested in Georgia for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
