SoundScan numbers came back on Wednesday (June 10), showing that Troy Ave’s debut album, Major Without A Deal, sold just 4,373 copies. Furthermore, reports say he sold just 30 physical copies.
The rapper took to Twitter to address the sales number, saying he sold more singles than anything else.
“official #’s in Fri or Mon. since album dropped last Fri but at 95% +30K singles sold & hosting’s I Prob made 120 THOUSAND in 1 week #RT that,” Troy Ave wrote.

Troy’s album was released independently through his own BSB Records on Friday, rather than the usual Tuesday date most albums drop on. This means it was on the market for a few days before the numbers were tallied.
