“Selfie” was awarded the Word of the Year in 2013, and continues to remain a popular act in 2015.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently took it to new heights, when he set a Guinness World Record for taking selfies.
The actor achieved the feat in London on Thursday (May 21), during the premiere of his newest movie, San Andreas, when he snapped a record amount of selfies in three minutes.
According to Guinness World Records, The Rock snapped a staggering 105 selfies with fans on the red carpet of the premiere to earn the world record title.
He celebrated with a video on IG: “London, we did it!” he says in the clip, while holding a Guinness World Record certificate.
