Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight haven’t had the smoothest relationship over the years, but in the two buried the hatchet a few years ago. With Suge in jail, awaiting trail for murder charges, the former Death Row Records signee weighed in on the situation… saying he feels sorry for Suge.
“I do,” Snoop said when asked if he feels sorry for Suge. “And that’s why I feel sorry for him. Because I made up with him. And me and him, we got on a great page before this nonsense started happening. Cause I played the role of being the big man. I don’t ever kick a man when he down. And I always look forward to building a relationship with somebody who I had a relationship with. And, I feel like a lot of times it just be misunderstandings. It be people in the entourage, as opposed to the two people really hating each other. I never hated him and he never really hated me.
“How could you hate me when I made you $100 million? And how can I hate you when you helped me build a team to beat my murder case… That’s why I’ve always had an open heart for him.”
Suge Knight is facing murder charges in his headline-grabbing hit-n-run incident, which killed one man and seriously injured another. He’s facing life in prison, if convicted.
